Bio

Julie joined Oak Foundation as a Programme Officer with the Learning Differences Programme in November 2019. She came to Oak from a career spanning local, state, and federal education policy in the United States, with a particular focus on advocacy, teacher and principal leadership, early literacy, and students who are not well-served in traditional public schools.
