A Virtual Crash Course in Design Thinking

Through their unique design thinking practices, Stanford’s d.School has inspired transformational efforts across a wide-range of industries—including the learner-centered efforts at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School in Atlanta, GA.

Recognizing more people are interested in leveraging these practices than could possibly attend an in-person training, the d.school has created “A Virtual Crash Course in Design Thinking” that “will take you step by step through the process of hosting or participating in a 90 minute design challenge.” The application of this course is wide-ranging, regardless of where your community sits on the transformational path. Whether you’re just getting started or are operating on the edge of what’s possible and want to keep pushing the envelope, this crash course will provide you with a new set of tools to reimagine education with young learners, educators, parents, and the broader community.
